Partner With Us for Services That Foster a Sustainable Approach to PBL

At The Center For Excellence, we leverage our 25+ years of PBL experience to offer a variety of K-12 training options for teachers, administrators, coaches, and all staff. From visioning and strategic planning to designing and managing projects effectively, we have your back for the entire journey. We offer single-day and multi-day options, both virtual or in-person. Together, we are excited to partner with you to create and develop the perfect plan to ensure your implementation is effective and sustainable. This foundational workshop helps teachers gain a collective understanding of what PBL is and what PBL is not. A common PBL language and framework will be leveraged as teachers design a full project plan that can be facilitated with students.
This workshop builds upon the Level I training and supports teachers with key strategies and tools needed to effectively facilitate PBL experiences with students. Recommended for teachers who have completed the Level I workshop.
This workshop builds upon the Level I and II workshops and supports teachers with tools and processes that promote continual improvement with PBL planning and teaching. Recommended for teachers who have completed Level I and II workshops.
This Leadership Series supports leaders with creating the conditions for successful PBL implementation. Participants will engage in visioning and deep strategic planning to ensure that goals are supported with concrete action steps and measurable metrics.
Dive into a world of immersive learning and creative problem-solving with the "Splash"—an innovative event designed to ignite curiosity and propel participants into the realm of Project-Based Learning like never before. This dynamic and engaging experience is for admin, teachers and stakeholders interested in learning how PBL can impact their community.
Our Partnership with schools and districts is a visionary initiative that aims to revolutionize education by infusing the power of Project-Based Learning into the heart of curriculum design. This collaborative endeavor serves as a bridge between forward-thinking educational institutions and innovative teaching methodologies, with the shared goal of nurturing critical thinkers, problem solvers, and lifelong learners.
The Coaching Series supports coaches and other leaders as they guide teachers toward continual improvement with PBL design and facilitation. Participants will leave with concrete tools and processes to effectively coach PBL practitioners.
The Pilot Series is intended for schools that want to start PBL at their campus with a small cohort of committed teachers. Participants engage in a process that builds the conditions for PBL to successfully scale at their campus.
This workshop sends teachers through a Design Thinking experience through the lens of a student. It models best practices of Design Thinking and provides opportunities for teachers to reflect on their learning and consider implications for their own practice. Recommended for teachers at any point in their Design Thinking journey, but it can be especially helpful as a precursor to the Level I workshop.
